I have probably used the same brand of antiperspirant / deodorant since High School. There is probably nothing wrong with continuing to use it. But I've been reading a lot about how I should be avoiding Aluminum & Paraben, so I went looking for something without it. All the antiperspirants had aluminum so I was gonna just get deodorant. You should also give Tom's Natural a try - I've been using theirs for about 5 years - I really like it, especially the Calendula.
